Thank you for your interest in supporting The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia! By sharing your commitment and creating your very own Fundraising Page, you are helping us to ensure that every child has the opportunity for a healthy childhood.

Creating your own Fundraising Page is easy! First, just fill in the information below. (Please note that to get your page started, you will need to make a fully tax-deductible minimum donation of $15.) Then, click Next Step and follow the instructions. After you confirm your transaction, you will be able to create your Fundraising Page! You'll be able to customize your page with photos and text and send emails to friends and family asking for support.

Once you have completed your page, your content will be posted to our website within two business days. The Foundation retains the right to remove any content it finds to be inappropriate. You will be notified via e-mail when your page is available.

All donations from Fundraising Pages will support The Children's Fund unless you notify us otherwise. If you would like your donations designated to a specific department or program, or have any other questions, please e-mail communityfundraising@email.chop.edu.

Creating Your Page

You are the Champion of this page. If you select an Honorary page, you are creating a page in honor of a loved one. It could be used to commemorate a special occasion, such as, a birthday, anniversary or a wedding or it could be used to tell a story. If you select a Memorial page, you are creating a page in memory of a loved one to celebrate his/her life. If you select a Personal page, you are creating a page on your behalf or on behalf of a program or area of the Hospital that you want to support (for example, if you want to raise funds for the Child Life Department at the Hospital). After you create your page and the Foundation has had a chance to review it, your Page will be available on the Web. You can then access a special Champion Center to customize your Page, as well as create and send emails about your page to your family and friends.
